Memphis STEM Academy was birthed from the Memphis Business Academy (MBA) Network of schools. We opened our doors to kindergarten and first grade Scholars in August of 2016.
We strive to go beyond the traditional method of teaching by integrating project based and problem-solving learning that allow our Scholars to explore the engineering process and develop our Scholars for future needs in all careers. Our Scholars design, construct, and build real-world projects out of recycled goods and resources provided from the Project Lead the Way and Engineering is Elementary, Scratch Junior and LEGO curricula.
The Memphis STEM Academy, is dedicated to providing students with an A+ education with an emphasis on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math and would like to share new educational opportunities with the Frayser area.
